About Commercialize Oklahoma
Commercialize Oklahoma is a public catalog of research and development assets. Companies and smaller firms use it to find a facility, instrument, piece of equipment, dataset, software package, expert group, partnership, or intellectual property record, then open the official page.
Scope
Nothing is published for Commercialize Oklahoma yet. Catalog coming soon.
The categories in this snapshot are Capabilities & Access, Physical Infrastructure, Data & Digital Tools, and Intellectual Property.
Where the values come from
Names, descriptions, locations, contacts, access notes, and links are stored as they were recorded from official pages. When a description is missing, the catalog says “No description available.” When no access path and no contact were recorded, the detail page says so and points you to the official page. Blank fields stay blank.
When a record has a public name, the title uses that name. Otherwise the title is the recorded name. The description uses the catalog description when one is present, and otherwise the recorded description. Keywords and location are listed with the other details. A contact that names no person is shown as “(no name).” A historical or retired record stays in the list and shows that status, with its short note underneath.
Some official links are shared by more than one asset. The detail page says when a link is a facility page, or another shared page, rather than a page for that single item.
Open the official page before you rely on a listing. Official pages change, and this snapshot stays as published until the data file is replaced.
Search
The search box reads the title, the recorded name, the description, and keywords. It is case-insensitive. Every word has to appear in one of those fields. A hit in a name is listed before a hit that only matches a description or keyword. With the search box empty, results are alphabetical by the recorded name. The list starts with the enriched set. Uncheck “Enriched only” to include every asset in the snapshot.
Filters cover organization (the short org code), category, asset type, and subtype. Choose more than one value in a filter to include any of them. Filters combine, so an organization and a subtype together show assets that match both. Keywords, locations, and access summaries are not filters yet.
Later
Sign-in, saved assets, and a guided match from a company’s need to a short list of assets are outside this catalog. They may come later. For now, the way to act on an asset is the official page.
